When I saw these Thakoon mirror sandals on Net-a-Porter.com today, I almost squealed. Can't you picture Cinderella cutting a rug in them? Now, if I only had a fairy godmother who would spend $1,150 on shoes...
After having shot these and then seeing them in person [and of course touching them curiously] I must say that while the concept is not new by any means, it's a really stunning art deco inspired shoe that I hope to see on someones feet come Feb during NYFW.
I agree. I'm a sucker for anything art deco. I bet they look great on the foot. And they would always look different because they would be reflecting whatever is around you!
